Why rogue judges must be ignored — and treason held accountable

The Supreme Court has spoken. The President of the United States holds the constitutional authority to enforce immigration law. Period. That includes deporting criminal illegal aliens under long-standing legal frameworks like the Alien Enemies Act, especially when those individuals pose a clear and present danger to our nation.

And yet, even that power is now being subverted—by lower court judges emboldened by activist politics, and by a Supreme Court that has all but turned its back on the Constitution.

These judges are not just wrong. They are dangerous.

While the Court just allowed President Trump to invoke the Alien Enemies Act, it simultaneously imposed the requirement of “due process” for these illegal entrants—foreign nationals who have no lawful reason to be on our soil in the first place. These aren’t asylum-seekers. These are, in many cases, violent criminals, released from Venezuelan prisons and mental institutions, and knowingly funneled into our country by the Biden regime.

Here’s the punchline: Foreign nationals here illegally are guaranteed due process, yet American citizens in our own country are routinely denied it.

Family courts seize children from their parents without hearings, without juries, and without just cause. Veterans, the elderly, and single mothers are dragged through administrative kangaroo courts, where they’re guilty until proven innocent. Assets are seized, reputations destroyed, and families shattered—all without true due process, all under the color of law.

But somehow, the courts cry foul if a criminal alien—who entered this country illegally, who broke our laws, who contributed nothing but chaos—is deported without a taxpayer-funded legal odyssey.

This is madness.

Under the Biden regime, the United States ceased to function as a sovereign nation. We have millions of unvetted foreign nationals now living off taxpayer-funded aid—housing, food, health care—while American families go without. These are not legal immigrants. They are illegal aliens—and yes, they are all criminals by the mere act of entering this country unlawfully. And now they’re being shielded by activist judges and a Supreme Court that has betrayed its oath.

Enough is enough. It’s time for governors to act. Begin the process of removing illegal aliens immediately. Cut off every federal and state dollar that goes to house, feed, and fund them. Let them return home—not by force, but by necessity.  Then when the inevitable happens and they start looting stores and private homes, activate every National Guard unit in every state to protect We the People.

And let this be clear: Any state that continues to harbor and subsidize illegal immigration must be cut off from all federal funding. Period. No more tax dollars for sanctuary cities, NGOs, or corrupt bureaucrats who are complicit in this treason.

The American people are done waiting. President Trump, defund every sanctuary state and charge the traitors responsible. From Biden to Mayorkas, from DHS to the judges enabling this invasion. This is not negligence. It is sedition. It is treason. And it must be prosecuted as such.

Pam Bondi, where are you? Ken Paxton, where are you? Where is the Department of Justice? The real one, not the political clown show currently occupying the benches that issues edicts from on high.

The hour is late. The people are awake. And we are not going to watch our country be dismantled by judicial tyrants and a corrupt regime without a fight.

This is our land. Our nation. Our Constitution. And we will reclaim it.
