President Donald Trump’s Counselor, Alina Habba, indicated on Monday that the administration is actively pursuing accountability for Democrats allegedly involved in fraudulent federal government spending.
Speaking on Jesse Watters Primetime, Habba assured viewers that Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel are working to hold high-profile figures accountable for misusing taxpayer funds.
According to Habba, investigators are scrutinizing multiple cases of fraud, including $50 million earmarked for condoms sent to Gaza and other questionable USAID expenditures funneled through non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Among those named in the investigation are former Congresswoman Liz Cheney (R-WY), former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), and Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA).
“The only people that should be losing sleep right now are the Democrat party,” Habba stated.
“It’s the Nancy Pelosis who we’re looking at, it’s the Liz Cheneys, it’s, you know, Pocahontas. We’re looking at all that stuff, and we’re going to find out why you’re so rich on government money.”
Habba further emphasized the scale of the fraud investigations, stating, “There’s just so much to go into. I can’t even, I don’t even know where to start.”

Liz Cheney, who played a key role in Trump’s second impeachment and the January 6 Committee investigation, was among those who received a preemptive pardon from Joe Biden in the final hours of his presidency.
Cheney has longstanding connections to USAID, having worked there early in her career.
However, Habba questioned the legitimacy of Biden’s pardons, citing reports that many of his official actions were signed by an autopen.
“I would challenge the validity of it,” she said. “You never know. Listen, the guy didn’t even know what he was doing, but I’ll tell you the pardons—he knew what he was doing.”
Biden issued a total of 4,245 acts of clemency, including a pardon for his son, Hunter Biden, who was under investigation for foreign business dealings in China, Ukraine, and elsewhere.
The legitimacy of Biden’s signatures was previously called into question when The Gateway Pundit reported that six criminals were pardoned by autopen while Biden was vacationing in St. Croix on December 30, 2022.
“Who really pardoned Liz Cheney?” Habba asked.
During the interview, Jesse Watters pressed Habba on whether the Department of Justice was taking these allegations seriously.
“You see a lot of this money going out the door, and it’s very sketchy, and it always ends up in the hands of Democrats who happen to know Democrats who are handing out the money. This has to be looked into. Is the Department of Justice looking into this very severely?” Watters asked.
Habba responded, “I’m not going to speak for Pam Bondi. I’ll tell you this: I am part of the administration. Pam Bondi is amazing. I saw Kash [Patel] and Pam today for a swearing-in ceremony. Listen, these people work so hard. There is so much information that we are finding out and revealing that they’re all working around the clock just to make sure we bring justice to the people that appropriately need to be brought to justice.”
She continued, detailing the alleged fraud schemes being investigated:
“Those are people that were stealing from the American people, that were hiding it through NGOs, that were hiding it through funds, through operas in Colombia, and condoms to Gaza, and all that. Those people need to be held accountable. That’s how you deter them from the future. And I can assure you that Kash and Pam will make sure of that.”
As the investigation into USAID fraud continues, Habba and other officials are also raising concerns about the broader implications of Biden’s pardons.
“I almost said to the president, listen, in the joint session speech, want to ask everybody that got a pardon to just stand up, just stand up and tell us why you got a pardon,” Habba said.
With Bondi and Patel at the helm of federal investigations, the Trump administration appears to be ramping up efforts to uncover misuse of taxpayer dollars and hold those responsible accountable.
