UC Davis Asks San Jose State For Advice On How To Bring Biological Male Onto Women’s Team

In the words of my three-year-old: “You’ve gotta be kidding me!”

An individual from the UC Davis Athletic Department contacted an official from the San Jose State University athletics program, questioning them about what’s the best route to take in regards to bringing a biological male onto a women’s team.

Obtained by OutKick via a public records request, UC Davis Associated Athletic Director Melissa Hughes shot an email over to SJSU Senior Associate Athletic Director Laura Alexander and asked her about a possible transgender student-athlete that attends UC Davis. “We have a prospective student athlete who is transgender, and | was told you have a current student athlete who is transgender,” wrote Hughes in a Sept. 16, 2024 email. “Primarily | would like to know what you may have done with respect to education and counseling leading up to the student athlete coming aboard.”

Hughes was making a reference to biological male Blaire Fleming, who played on the San Jose State women’s volleyball team as a transgender athlete last season.

Knowing how left-wing universities are, especially in California, this isn’t shocking at all.

But something that has me thinking… I know the email is from Sept. 2024, but is it me, or has the left ratcheted up their transgender nonsense since Trump signed that executive order?

I don’t think I’ve ever written this many trans stories in such a short period of time, holy cow.
