‘Today is March 20th, and it’s a bad day to be a bad guy in America’

President Donald Trump’s pick for deputy director of the FBI is inspiring hope for Americans while putting bad guys on notice.

“It is an honor to serve as Deputy Director for the Federal Bureau of Investigation at such a critical time for our nation,” Dan Bongino posted on X after being sworn in by FBI Director Kash Patel. “The American people deserve a justice system that is transparent, accountable, and committed to the rule of law.”

In a message on his role and that of the federal agency, Bongino wrote, “Communication and transparency are my priorities. We work for you, the American citizen.”

“Our teams are actively working on the Tesla incidents and the swatting incidents, along with our other responsibilities to keep the Homeland safe,” the former Secret Service agent wrote. “Thank you.”

And in a clear message to those who want to continue to tempt fate, Bongino posted on Thursday, “Today is March 20th, and it’s a bad day to be a bad guy in America.”

Social media users appreciated the updates and many expressed their confidence in Bongino and Patel’s support of law and order.
