The ACLU of Massachusetts is complaining that a proposed statue depicting St. Michael the Archangel stepping on the neck of a demon, very common Catholic religious imagery, evokes the image of George Floyd being stepped on the neck by the police officer. You can’t make this stuff up.
Though crazy, the story is not a surprise considering the ACLU’s long anti-Christian record and is rooted in atheism. (RELATED: Is the ACLU Crazy?)
