A victim of a Tesla attack claims he didn’t even know about the organized, violent “protests” against the electric car models.
Unfortunately for him, he knows now, and says he’s been “thrown into a nightmare.”
The victim, who chose to remain anonymous, was traveling when his Tesla Model X was vandalized in the Dallas-Fort Worth airport, FOX News Digital reported.
Rafael Hernandez was arrested on March 22 after Tesla footage allegedly showed him deliberately striking the left side of the vehicle.
The man in the video below is reportedly the suspect:

Anyone know this loser?

Hernandez was charged with criminal mischief by the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office, but the Dallas-based victim is suing for more than $1 million.
“[Hernandez’s] motives were wrong, and [his] acts were intentional — it is for a judge and jury to decide, based on the facts, what his punishment should be. I believe strongly that I was targeted because my car is a Tesla,” The victim told FOX News Digital.
“I didn’t even realize that this nationwide Tesla attack was even a thing — until I was thrown into that world. What’s important to me is that it happened, it was intentional, and it was wrong. As a result, I’ve been thrown into a nightmare, and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.”
Majed Nachawati, the attorney representing the Tesla owner, told Fox News Digital that owning a car shouldn’t be political. “Whether you’re a Republican or a Democrat, this is a free country. You’re entitled to drive whatever you want, as long as it’s legal and within the confines of the law, and you should feel safe and secure in doing so, which, in my opinion, is why the authorities on the law enforcement side are taking these cases very seriously.”
Watch FOX News Digital’s interview with Nachawati below:
Nachawati argued that America is walking a “fine line” between civil society and total chaos with the current attacks taking place across the nation.
“It’s a slippery slope, where does it end? Right? Fortunately, you know, my client’s car was keyed. He wasn’t injured himself, and he wasn’t in the vehicle. But others haven’t been so lucky, and so if this continues, you know, it’s a fine line between having a civil society and chaos.”
Coordinated Tesla protests were activated across the nation over the weekend with many encountering “pro-Tesla” counter protesters.
Attorney General Pam Bondi has been pursuing Tesla attackers and is vowing to find and prosecute those who engage in domestic terrorism.
“If you take part in the wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, we will find you, arrest you, and put you behind bars,” Bondi said with the announcement of another Tesla attacker charged. “You can run, but you cannot hide. Justice is coming.”

As for Hernandez, whose vandalism charge is less than a firebombing, “justice” may come in the form of forking over dollars, lots of them.
