Musk says lawsuit ‘inbound’ after Jamaal Bowman smears him as a ‘Nazi’ and a ‘thief’

The post-Congressional career of famed fire alarm puller Jamaal Bowman is off to a rocky start after the former “Squad” member defamed Elon Musk during a CNN appearance this week and will now have to lawyer up.

Bowman was a guest on Abby Phillips’ show on Thursday when he smeared Musk who is at the center of a coordinated Democrat operation to destroy Tesla as punishment for his work with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) which is kicking over rocks and uncovering the party’s corruption in the federal bureaucracy.

“Elon Musk is incompetent in his position, and how do we know? Because they fired tens of thousands of people, it was challenged in court. The court said the people have to go back, and now the people are coming back. He’s incompetent, he’s a thief, he’s a Nazi, and people don’t trust him, period,” Bowman said during a discussion about the latest left-wing judge’s ruling that fired employees at Democrat money laundering conduit USAID must be rehired.

Late Friday night, Musk reacted to an X user who noted that Bowman’s remarks are a “lawsuit waiting to happen.”

Musk’s post didn’t offer much detail but any lawsuits could presumably also include CNN itself which has recently settled a $5 million lawsuit involving top anchor Jake Tapper after a US Navy veteran was defamed on his show “The Lead” in 2021 for his work in rescuing people in Afghanistan after the Biden administration let it fall to the Taliban.

It’s about time someone pushed back against the left’s reckless smears. Elon is right to take legal action, Bowman’s baseless accusations are just another attempt by a failed politician to stay in the spotlight. These people need to learn that defamation has consequences.

Bowman’s antics and antisemitism led to his ouster from Congress when he was pulverized in last year’s Democrat primary. The former school principal’s main claim to fame during his time in the House was when he illegally pulled a fire alarm to stymie efforts to avert a government shutdown in September 2023.
