Left-Wing Washington Says Banning Biological Males From Female Sports Would ‘Violate’ Their Radical Nonsense

The entity that runs school athletics operations for Washington State says that giving into the rules of President Donald Trump’s Title IX and banning biological males from female sports would be in violation of the inclusion laws that Washington has.

Two amendments are currently being considered by the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) that would give into the president’s ban on biological males in female sports. The legislation also proposes another athletic category that would be designed for transgender athletes. With that being said, WIAA officials are already viewing the proposals in a negative light, per Fox News.

“The WIAA has been told by the Attorney General’s office, the Office for Civil Rights, and the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction that proposed amendments ML/HS #7 and ML/HS #8 would be a violation under current Washington state law, affirming our attorney’s legal review,” explained Bessette.

“The WIAA remains committed to following state law, and those amendments focused on gender-identity participation would not be implemented on August 1 if they were to pass under current state law. If state law were to change, the WIAA’s Executive Board has the authority and would need to alter the Association’s rules accordingly.”
