KY Dem slaps GOP rep taking stand to protect girls from trans ‘insanity’

A Republican state representative in Kentucky vowed he would “always protect women and girls from insanity,” even after a Democrat senator physically confronted him.

State Rep. Bill Wesley was lauded on social media by his GOP colleague for his “courageous act of TRUTH” after confronting a “man pretending to be a woman” trying to use the ladies’ restrooms.

“This is important. Young girls come to the Capitol every day, and they should not be confronted by men in their restrooms,” state Rep. TJ Roberts posted on X. “My colleague stood up to this madness, reminded the man that he is a man, and he has no place in women and girl’s spaces, especially the bathroom!”

Not everyone was happy, however, as leftist Democrat Se. Karen Berg was triggered enough to confront Wesley as he sat in a hearing.

“A far left democrat senator slapped me after I kept a man pretending to be a woman out of the girl’s bathroom in the Kentucky Capitol,” Wesley wrote on X, with an accompanying video.

“I will always protect women and girls from insanity, and will never yield to threats and violence of the far Left, including from Karen Berg!!” he vowed.

The lawmaker commented on X that his claim about being slapped was “sarcasm.”

Last year, Berg, who lost her transgender son to suicide, sparked controversy when she suggested giving pedophiles “child sex dolls” could help “decrease their proclivity to go out and attack children.”

Berg’s actions involving Wesley were blasted on social media.
