Kalamazoo Growlers Come Out With One Of Grossest Concession Foods In History Of Concession Foods

This is friggin’ disgusting.

I’m all for sports teams getting creative when it comes to their concession foods. After all, you can only get so excited about a hamburger or slice of pizza for so long, so it’s always cool to see some innovation.

Just look at the NHL, for example. You had the Carolina Hurricanes have a hockey stick full of beer, and something I wrote about, the Vegas Golden Knights putting chicken tenders and fries inside a collectable Zamboni that you can take home. But I honestly can’t get down with anything that the Northwoods League’s Kalamazoo Growlers are doing. If you don’t know, the Growlers are a collegiate summer league team that plays mainly in the upper Midwest. They also happen to have terrible taste in food.

Let me introduce you to the Skat Dog — a hot dog that’s put on a chocolate cake donut, sprayed with whipped cream and then topped with sprinkles and a cherry.

And just … ew.

I’m not gonna lie, I’m absolutely disgusted. And how disrespectful to hot dogs! A glizzy should not be put on a damn chocolate donut! You either eat one on a bun, wrapped in cornmeal batter or by itself, whose idea was it to put it on a flippin’ donut?!

The audacity to disrespect an American icon like the hot dog.
