Justin Thomas Unleashes Absolute Vulgarity After Frustrating Start To The Masters

PGA star Justin Thomas began his first round of the 2025 Masters by unleashing absolute vulgarity.

Thomas, a two-time major champion, didn’t hide his frustration at all Thursday while competing at Augusta National. On the front nine, he put up a one-over par, and dropped some explicit language while he was at it.

“F*cking heeled it, God d*mn it,” said Thomas, according to video, after he didn’t catch enough to get the fairway bunker cleared during par-5 8th hole action. For the majority of the day, Thomas was reliant on his short game to meet par and it prevented him from having a Masters collapse.

Ultimately, though, Thomas finished +1 for the day.

I get his frustration completely.

When I woke up this morning, and when I went to bed last night, I was extraordinarily excited for the Masters. Not only is it the greatest golf tournament on earth, but I had bets rollin’ along with it, and I had a crazy amount of confidence behind them at that.

And then comes Collin Morikawa, who was supposed to be a “guarantee” when it came to hitting his under (strokes) based on his past history at the Masters. But, of course, he has a dismal day for his standards and chalks not one, but two of my slips! And it came early at that!

You wanna talk about frustration and deflating … Yeah, I’m right there with you, Justin.
