INSIDER: Fighting oligarchy? That’s really rich

Views and opinions expressed are solely those of the author.

Democrats and the media have found the party’s latest saviors along with what they seem to believe will be a winning message for enough suckers to pave the pathway back to power.

Twice-failed presidential candidate Bernie Sanders and his prized protege Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are barnstorming out west where they’re headlining campaign-style rallies under the banner of a “Fighting Oligarchy” tour, boasting about a crowd of around 34,000 in ultra-left Denver over the weekend.

There are already some on X who are questioning the Denver crowd, citing data that the attendees are a traveling carnival of professional rallygoers and that it’s just more Democrat fakery but the biggest scam is the entire premise that the party is suddenly going to try to reinvent itself as the party of ordinary Americans, especially when the tour is headlined by a three house-owning rich commie fat cat who has been feathering his nest with cash from Big Pharma.

If the U.S. is indeed run by an oligarchy, it’s one that the Democrats conveniently ignored when their party held nearly total political power and was in control of money spigots.

It already seems to have as much authenticity as those Kamala Harris rallies where “supporters” were bused in and the former vice president spoke in packed blue state venues at rallies piggybacked onto concerts or where celebrities were paid to appear.

Fighting oligarchy = domestic terror?

With Trump term-limited, Democrats needed a new Great Satan and there is nobody who is more hated than Elon Musk. The billionaire Tesla/SpaceX CEO was already a target for the hatred of the unhinged after he bought Twitter, ousted the censors, and rebranded it as X. His role in getting Trump elected and then leading the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) effort to dismantle the Democrats’ money laundering rackets makes him an existential threat to a party that is more of a crime syndicate than a traditional political entity.

So much like the BLM and Antifa droogs or any other rent-a-mob put into play by the domestic color revolution engineers, a wave of intimidation against Tesla dealers and even innocent EV owners has been unleashed, complete with domestic terrorism in the form of fire bombings of the vehicles that until recently, were prized possessions for many leftists, and were praised by Democrat politicians, including Ocasio-Cortez.

Neither one has so far denounced the terrorism.

It’s important to recognize that there are those exempted from the fight against the oligarchy narrative that’s now being constructed. You will never hear a peep from the two Democrats about George and Alex Soros, Bill Gates, Mark Cuban, Laureen Powell Jobs, Reid Hoffman, just about every Hollywood high roller, and a plethora of other billionaires.

Bernie and AOC are far from the rebels that they are falsely portrayed as. Were they threats to the oligarchy then they would not have long received the fawning treatment from a media that exists for the purpose of protecting the wealthy, the elite, and the spoils system that Trump and Musk are trying to dismantle.

They’re just salespeople for the rotted status quo.
