Illegal Immigrant’s Accomplices To Be Deported After Tragic Laken Riley Murder [WATCH]

The fallout from the tragic murder of 22-year-old nursing student Laken Riley has finally led to the deportation of her killer’s accomplices, marking a rare instance of immigration enforcement actually doing its job.

As The New York Post reported, Diego “Gocho” Ibarra, the brother of convicted murderer Jose Ibarra, has been sentenced to four years in federal prison for possessing a fraudulent green card and will be deported upon completion of his sentence.

Meanwhile, his younger brother, Argenis “Meny” Ibarra, and their female roommate, Rosbeli “La Gorda” Flores-Bello, have been ordered into ICE custody immediately.

Jose Ibarra, a 26-year-old Venezuelan illegal immigrant, brutally murdered Riley on February 22, 2024, while she was jogging on the University of Georgia campus.

At the time, he was living with his brothers and Flores-Bello in Athens, Georgia.

All four were arrested in connection with the murder, and authorities quickly discovered that the entire household was living in the country illegally, with fraudulent documents.

Diego Ibarra, 29, was initially taken into custody after presenting a fake green card to police searching for his brother.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) determined that he had already been deported once before—April 3, 2023, after illegally crossing the border near Eagle Pass, Texas.

Just weeks later, he tried again, sneaking in near El Paso, Texas, and violently resisting Border Patrol agents. He even attempted to bite the agent.

In true Biden-era immigration fashion, he was released with an ankle monitor under the so-called Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program—a policy disaster that allowed him to roam freely and commit more crimes.

By May 25, 2023, Diego had cut off his ankle monitor and disappeared. He resurfaced in Georgia, working at a University of Georgia cafeteria, despite his illegal status.

Between September and December 2023, he racked up charges including DUI, shoplifting, and domestic violence, yet remained free.

While jailed for his fraudulent documents, he continued his criminal behavior, vandalizing a prison sprinkler system and crafting makeshift weapons from a sprinkler head and a pen wrapped in saran wrap.

Authorities also linked him to the Venezuelan street gang Tren de Aragua (TdA), a violent criminal organization officially designated a terrorist group by President Donald Trump.

Like Diego, Argenis Ibarra and Flores-Bello also crossed the border illegally multiple times. Argenis was caught sneaking in near Eagle Pass in April 2023 and was sent back to Mexico, only to try again a month later.

ICE detained him briefly but released him due to so-called “lack of space.”

Flores-Bello followed a nearly identical path—caught in May 2023, processed, and released days later because of overcrowding. Both eventually settled in Athens, Georgia, living alongside Jose Ibarra until he murdered Riley.

Flores-Bello even managed to hop on a “humanitarian” flight to Atlanta in December 2023, courtesy of Biden’s reckless immigration policies. She met Jose Ibarra in New York before moving in with him and his brothers.

Her immigration hearing was scheduled for October 18, 2023, but she had no intention of showing up—because why would she? The Biden administration had already made it clear that illegal immigrants faced no real consequences.

Jose Ibarra was convicted on November 20, 2024, of malice murder, felony murder, and assault with intent to rape. He is now serving a life sentence, which is far more mercy than he showed to Laken Riley.

Judge Tilman E. Self’s decision to deport the rest of this criminal crew should have been automatic from day one, but under the Biden administration, even the most basic enforcement of immigration law has been treated as optional.

The reality is clear: America’s broken border policies aren’t just political failures—they are a direct threat to the lives of innocent Americans like Laken Riley.
