Illegal Aliens on Terror Watch List Got Benefits, Voted Too [WATCH]

A new report from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has revealed that thousands of migrants paroled into the United States Joe Biden’s administration, including individuals on the federal Terrorist Watch List, were granted access to taxpayer-funded benefits such as Medicaid, unemployment, and tax refunds.

The report, released this week, identified approximately 6,300 migrants who were released into the interior of the United States without formal immigration status.

According to DOGE officials, these individuals were issued work permits and Social Security numbers despite either being listed on the Terrorist Watch List or having criminal records.

DOGE found that 905 of those migrants, including four individuals flagged on the Terrorist Watch List, were enrolled in Medicaid programs and received approximately $276,000 in benefits.

In addition, 41 of the parolees collected a total of $42,000 in unemployment compensation.

The findings also indicated that 22 of the migrants received federal tax refunds totaling $751,000 in 2024.

Several others received food stamp benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), though specific amounts were not disclosed in the report.

The Biden-era parole system, which allowed the release of migrants into the U.S. without a formal legal immigration status, has come under increased scrutiny.

DOGE noted that the program facilitated access to federal and state welfare programs, even for individuals who would not typically qualify under U.S. law due to national security flags or prior convictions.

In response to the findings, the administration of President Donald Trump has moved to reverse the policy.

The Trump administration has already revoked parole for all 6,300 individuals identified in the DOGE report and designated them as priorities for deportation.

DOGE official Antonio Gracias, speaking this week, said the situation extended beyond just welfare abuse.

The agency discovered that many of the paroled migrants had also been registered to vote in multiple states, raising further concerns about election integrity.

“We looked at voter rolls and we found that thousands are registered to vote in friendly states,” Gracias said.

“And we looked even further in those friendly states and found that many of those people had actually voted. It was shocking to us. If I hadn’t seen this with my own eyes, I wouldn’t believe it … it is shockingly bad.”

DOGE did not identify the specific states involved but referred to them as “friendly,” a term used by the agency to denote jurisdictions that have cooperated with or enabled expanded access to benefits for non-citizens.

The report adds to a growing list of concerns regarding security, immigration enforcement, and misuse of federal resources.

According to DOGE, the investigation is ongoing, and referrals have been made to federal law enforcement for potential criminal prosecution and fraud recovery.

Officials from the Trump administration said additional oversight measures are being implemented to ensure that taxpayer-funded benefits are reserved strictly for eligible citizens and legal residents.

Further guidance is expected from the Department of Homeland Security in the coming weeks.
