Hunter Biden is reportedly so broke he lacks the money to continue a lawsuit against a former White House aide from President Donald Trump’s first administration.
The aide, Garrett Ziegler, created a nonprofit, Marco Polo, which compiles and publishes information about former President Joe Biden’s family, especially his eldest son, Hunter.
Marco Polo even published a book containing emails and pictures from Hunter’s infamous laptop:
I’m almost SCARED to even have this. The Hunter Boden laptop from hell book by Marco Polo is absolutely insane. It details in with great organisation EVERYTHING from s*X crimes to other illegal activities. Hunter Biden is POS. Garrett Ziegler (@MarcoPolo501c3) thank you for this.… pic.twitter.com/OE23dijklJ

Two years ago, Hunter sued Ziegler and his company on the basis that they’d violated state and federal data laws by publishing emails from his laptop.
“Although the precise manner by which Defendant Ziegler obtained Plaintiff’s data remains unclear, there is no dispute that Defendants have, to at least some extent, accessed, tampered with, manipulated, altered, copied and damaged Plaintiff’s data, and that their actions are illegal, unauthorized, and without Plaintiff’s consent,” the lawsuit read, as reported at the time by NBC News.
Hunter specifically claimed that Marco Polo’s actions had violated a federal statute that NBC News notes “protects against the intentional, unauthorized access to a computer and acquiring financial records from a financial institution or card issuer.”
Flash forward to this Wednesday, when Hunter asked a federal judge in California to dismiss his lawsuit because he’s too broke to afford it.

“Plaintiff has suffered a significant downturn in his income and has significant debt in the millions of dollars range,” the filing he made reads.
His troubles were made worse, according to the document, by the Pacific Palisades wildfire.
“Moreover, this lack of resources has been exacerbated after the fires in the Pacific Palisades in early January upended Plaintiff’s life by rendering his rental house unlivable for an extended period of time and, like many others in that situation, Plaintiff has had difficulty in finding a new permanent place to live as well as finding it difficult to earn a living,” the document reads.
“So, Plaintiff must focus his time and resources dealing with his relocation, the damage he has incurred due to the fires, and paying for his family’s living expenses as opposed to this litigation,” it continues.
The filing also contained a letter from Hunter in which he outlined his recent earnings.
“In the 2 to 3 years prior to December 2023, I sold 27 pieces of art at an average price of $54,481.48, but since then I have only sold 1 piece of art for $36,000,” it reads. “Similarly, for my book sales, in the six month period before the statements (April 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023), based on the September 30, 2023 statement, 3,161 copies of my book were sold, but in the six months after the statements, only approximately 1,100 books were sold.”
He also whined that while he’d been expecting to pick up paid speaking engagements, “that has not happened.”
Could it be because his father is now out of office and he has no more influence to sell?
Hunter Biden is having trouble selling his paintings. Wasn’t he getting $500K per painting while his Dad was in office? Funny how when there’s no political influence to be bought, no one wants his paintings. Everything the Bidens did was corrupt.

“This significant decrease in revenue has also impacted my ability to pay off my significant debt, which as has been reported in the press as being several million dollars,” the letter concludes. “As a result of this, I am not in a position where I can borrow money.”
Hunter’s miserable circumstances have since sparked massive mockery.

LMAO! I wonder why his income dropped.

I have a strong feeling Hunter will be turning to drugs for solace.

Now this is a story Netflix should tell but only if they include all of the grift, drugs, corruption and everything else that went on. It has everything they could hope for… And a happy ending!
