Flailing, impotent Dem senators demand AG Bondi launch probe into Musk

Stripped of their power and relegated to political impotence by American voters, Senate Democrats have been left with no recourse other than to stomp their feet and throw temper tantrums.

Fuming about the success that the Elon Musk-led Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has had in dismantling their corrupt money laundering rackets, five Democrat senators are demanding that Attorney General Pam Bondi investigate the Tesla/SpaceX CEO, one of the most influential figures in the Trump administration.

In the latest wild conspiracy involving Musk, the senators are accusing Musk of potentially using his government position to bully advertisers into spending more on the X social media platform, formerly known as Twitter, which he purchased in 2022 and infuriated Democrats when he promptly fired the management team that censored on their behalf and restored free speech.

In the Wednesday letter to Bondi, the Democrats referenced recent reporting by the Wall Street Journal that alleged that X was pressuring companies that engaged in a mass boycott of the platform to come back and “threatening policy repercussions if advertisers do not cooperate.”

“If Musk acts on threats that X is reportedly making to advertisers, and uses his government position to protect those who engage in business with him — or harm those who do not — then he risks running afoul of criminal ethics laws,” the letter read.

The letter was signed by Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) who lied about her Indian heritage, Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) who lied about his Vietnam service, and Adam Schiff (D-CA) who seemingly lies about everything.

Rounding out the quintet of left-wing whiners was Sen. Cory “I am Spartacus” Booker (D-NJ), and Chris Van Hollen (D-MD).

“Pocahontas” has been on the warpath over President Donald J. Trump, Musk and DOGE doing the tomahawk chop on her prized papoose, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), an agency that she was responsible for creating.

Last month, the president referred to the senator as a “nasty woman” who used the CFPB to “destroy” political foes.

“Musk is not above the law by virtue of being the world’s richest man,” the senators said in a statement. “If evidence emerges that Musk is, in fact, using his official role to coerce advertisers or is participating in particular matters in which he has a financial interest, we ask that DOJ investigate the potential violation of federal ethics laws, as the Department should for any other federal employee who appears to be breaking the law.”

The senators apparently didn’t get the memo that Merrick Garland has left the building and the DOJ no longer operates as their party’s secret police.
