The fired employee, identified as Mack Schroeder, confronted Banks about his February 14 dismissal. Schroeder claimed it was illegal and accused the federal government of abandoning disabled Americans.

He demanded to know what Banks would do about it. Rather than taking the bait, Banks gave him a reality check—no sugarcoating, no D.C. doublespeak.

When Fox News Digital reached out, Banks doubled down in a statement that made it clear he stands with the people who actually make the country run—not the bloated class of bureaucrats draining taxpayer wallets.

“Factory workers, mechanics, police officers, teachers and all hard working people in Indiana don’t deserve to see their tax dollars going to pay for woke and wasteful programs in Washington DC. Thank you President Trump for draining the swamp.”
