Dave Portnoy may not always agree with Donald Trump, but on Tuesday night, he had no problem calling out the Democratic lawmaker who made a spectacle of himself during the President’s address to Congress, as reported by The Daily Mail.
Rep. Al Green of Texas was swiftly ejected from the chamber after breaking decorum, shouting at Trump, and waving his cane in a dramatic display of grandstanding. House Speaker Mike Johnson wasted no time in restoring order.

“Members are directed to uphold and maintain decorum in the house and to cease any further disruptions. That’s your warning,” Johnson declared, gavel in hand.

When Green refused to comply, Johnson made good on his word, directing the sergeant-at-arms to remove the disruptive congressman from the chamber. Green left without further incident, but not before embarrassing himself on the national stage.
Barstool Sports founder and unapologetic Trump supporter Dave Portnoy weighed in on the chaos, summing it up bluntly as a “sh*t show.”
Portnoy posted on X:
“I got no clue who this dude was, but he just got booted for being a disrespectful prick, and the crowd chanted ‘Na na na na…goodbye!’”

Portnoy also defended Trump after his fiery exchange with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, calling it “the most surreal thing I’ve ever seen in politics.”
“It felt like I was watching Bravo TV. Just fascinating to see world leaders arguing with each other with the fate of the world and World War III in the balance,” Portnoy said in a seven-minute rant on X.

The tense press conference between Trump and Zelensky exploded into a heated shouting match, culminating in Trump kicking the Ukrainian leader out of the White House.
The clash reportedly escalated when Zelensky, in front of the cameras, appeared dismissive of Vice President JD Vance’s stance on U.S. support for Ukraine.

While Portnoy acknowledged the devastation Ukraine has faced at the hands of Russia, he also questioned how much longer the U.S. should bankroll their war effort.
Trump has since halted additional funding to Ukraine, further cementing his stance that America’s priority should be its own citizens, not endless foreign conflicts.
