Another DEMOCRAT loon arrested for threatening to kill Trump

A registered Democrat voter from Pennsylvania was arrested this week for threatening to kill President Donald Trump and Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) boss Elon Musk.

Shawn Monper, a 32-year-old Butler resident, allegedly made threats against Trump and Musk using the YouTube username “Mr Satan,” according to a Department of Justice (DOJ) press release.

The threats started on Feb. 17th when Monper reportedly wrote the following comment on a YouTube video: “Nah, we just need to start killing people, Trump, Elon, all the heads of agencies Trump appointed, and anyone who stands in the way.”

“Remember, we are the majority, MAGA is a minority of the country, and by the time its time to make the move, they will be weakened, many will be crushed by these policies, and they will want revenge too. American Revolution 2.0,” the threat continued.

But Monper was just getting started. Days later, on March 4th, he allegedly commented on a YouTube livestream of Trump’s address to Congress that “im going to assassinate him myself.”

Days later, on the 18th, he reportedly wrote yet another startling YouTube comment: “ICE are terrorist people, we need to start killing them.”

And finally, on April 1st, he wrote, “If I see an armed ice agent, I will consider it a domestic terrorist, and an active shooter and open fire on them.”

Monper was arrested eight days later by the FBI with the assistance of the Butler Township Police Department. A day later, he was ordered to be detained until at least his first hearing on April 14th.

“I want to applaud the outstanding and courageous investigative work of the FBI and the Butler Township Police Department, who thankfully identified and apprehended this individual before he could carry out his threats against President Trump’s life and the lives of other innocent Americans,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement.

“Rest assured that whenever and wherever threats of assassination or mass violence occur, this Department of Justice will find, arrest, and prosecute the suspect to the fullest extent of the law and seek the maximum appropriate punishment,” she added.

According to the DOJ’s press release, they were originally alerted to Monper’s YouTube posts on April 8th. Further investigation soon revealed that the threats were legitimate and that Monper had obtained a firearms permit right after Trump’s inauguration.

“In February 2025, Monper commented using his ‘Mr Satan’ account: ‘I have bought several guns and been stocking up on ammo since Trump got in office,’” the press release reads.

“Further, in March 2025, Monper commented using his account: ‘Eventually im going to do a mass shooting.’ One week later, Monper commented: ‘I have been buying 1 gun a month since the election, body armor, and ammo,’” it continues.

Monper has since been identified by GOP voter turnout guru Scott Presler as a registered Democrat:

As of Saturday morning, it appeared that zero mainstream media outlets, including Fox News, had taken the time to note Monper’s status as a registered Democrat voter.

All this comes following the release of a Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI) study that found that calls for murder are becoming increasingly common on the radicalized left.

“What was formerly taboo culturally has become acceptable,” lead study author Joel Finkelstein told Fox News. “We are seeing a clear shift – glorification, increased attempts and changing norms – all converging into what we define as ‘assassination culture.’”

“Trump represents the perfect target for assassination culture. He’s powerful, he’s rich and he’s provocative. That puts him on the highest shelf for those who glorify political violence,” Finkelstein added.
