‘You f***ed me!’ George Clooney severely triggered by Mika Brzezinski allegation ahead of election, book claims

Hollywood actor George Clooney allegedly lost his temper on an MSNBC producer last year after one of the network’s hosts accused him of something.

Recall that last summer, Clooney wrote an op-ed for The New York Times begging then-President Joe Biden to step out of the 2024 presidential election.

“I love Joe Biden,” the op-ed read. “As a senator. As a vice president and as president. I consider him a friend, and I believe in him. Believe in his character. Believe in his morals. In the last four years, he’s won many of the battles he’s faced.”

“But the one battle he cannot win is the fight against time. None of us can. It’s devastating to say it, but the Joe Biden I was with three weeks ago at the fund-raiser was not the Joe ‘big F-ing deal’ Biden of 2010. He wasn’t even the Joe Biden of 2020. He was the same man we all witnessed at the debate,” it continued.

Days after Clooney wrote the op-ed, MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski suggested that he’d penned the op-ed after being asked by former President Barack Obama to write it.

“This wasn’t George Clooney,” she said of the op-ed during an episode of “Morning Joe.”

“What do you mean?” co-host Joe Scarborough, her husband, then asked. “Who do you think it was? Who do you think it was?”

“I think that Barack Obama has a lot of influence,” she replied.

According to a new book by establishment journalist Chris Whipple, “Uncharted: How Trump Beat Biden, Harris, and the Odds in the Wildest Campaign in History,” these remarks from Brzezinski enraged Clooney.

“How the f–k could you let her link me with Barack Obama saying he made me write the op-ed?” Clooney shouted during a phone call with the show’s producer, Whipple wrote in his book, according to a report from establishment journalist Tara Palmeri’s newsletter, The Red Letter.

The producer responded by claiming they’d had nothing to do with what Brzezinski had said, but Clooney didn’t believe them.

“You f–ked me!” he reportedly yelled. “You’re my friend. You should have stood up for me.”

“George, this is not a f–king movie,” the producer reportedly responded. “There’s no script. It’s just not a movie where you go script page to script page.”

“F–k you!” Clooney then responded, according to Whipple.

“F–k yourself!” the producer fired back.

Filled with profanity, the back-and-forth exchange reportedly continued across several phone calls, with the producer at one point lecturing Clooney that “Morning Joe” is just a talk show.

“This is a morning talk show on a cable channel,” the producer said. “Nobody gives a f–k if we say he should get out or if he should stay in. Nobody f–king cares. It’s skywriting. It’s f–king gone. George, I told you before, we’ll try and take care of it tomorrow morning. I promise you.”

“I don’t know whether I trust you,” Clooney replied.

“Well, f–k you,” the producer, clearly offended, responded. “If you don’t trust me, stop f–king calling me.”

On a related note, when Clooney wrote the op-ed, some critics accused him of having an ax to grind with the Biden White House.

Evidently, Clooney had been upset with then-President Biden for criticizing the International Criminal Court over its attacks on Israel.
