Arron Banks – well known to co-conspirators – has been announced as Reform’s candidate for West of England Mayor. Banks says in his campaign video he had a look at what the mayor has done and concluded he has “achieved nothing.” It should be quite some campaign. Somewhere, Cadwalladr stirs…
