REPORT: Andrew Tate’s Girlfriend Bri Stern Files Sexual Assault Report After Alleged Choking Incident

Andrew Tate’s girlfriend, Bri Stern, accused him of nearly choking her unconscious during a violent sexual encounter.

Sources with direct knowledge reportedly told TMZ that Stern filed a sexual assault report claiming Tate attacked her March 11 at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Stern alleged Tate began choking her while they were having sex, but got too rough. She claimed she begged him to stop but he continued, and the more she struggled, the more violent he became, according to TMZ. The outlet said Stern reported feeling that everything became fuzzy, like she was fading into unconsciousness, and the alleged encounter only stopped when Tate was finished having sex.

Stern said she went to the bathroom to document her injuries when Tate fell asleep. TMZ said they obtained images that showed bruising on her face.

The alleged victim said she went to an emergency room in New York City a couple of days after the attack. TMZ sources say she waited until Tate left the country for his court date in Romania before feeling safe enough to report the alleged incident to police.

The outlet said they obtained medical discharge documents that showed Stern was diagnosed as “post-concussive.” They also said they obtained screenshots of alleged text messages between Tate and Stern that showed he told her he wanted to beat and hit her.

TMZ’s sources said Stern and Tate met in June when she went to Romania for a modeling gig. The individual reported that Tate was verbally abusive and threatening during their relationship but the alleged choking incident was the first instance of physical violence. The person claimed Tate wanted to essentially pimp Stern out on OnlyFans, and she has since blocked him on social media and messaging platforms, according to TMZ. Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested for creating a criminal organization in Romania in 2022. Andrew was charged with rape in Romania, and both brothers are facing sexual assault lawsuits in the United States and the United Kingdom. The Tate brothers have not been convicted of any crimes.
