School chaplain to face fresh employment tribunal after judge overturns ‘unsafe’ ruling

A school chaplain who claims he lost his job for telling pupils they don’t have to accept the LGBT agenda has won the right for a retrial.

Revd Dr Bernard Randall lost his original employment tribunal claim for unfair dismissal, but his case has been sent back for a new hearing because of an ‘appearance of bias’ in the original ruling.
