Woke British Lawyers Rage at Trump’s Diversity Crackdown

Woke lawyers across the world are in meltdown after the Trump administration fired off letters to 20 top US law firms, warning them their beloved DEI policies may be in breach of American equality laws. Now, 18 bar societies and legal associations – including the ever-sanctimonious Law Society of England and Wales – have signed a letter bleating that this crackdown is a “flagrant disregard for the rule of law.” Law Society head Richard Atkinson added Trump’s moves somehow threaten Britain’s legal system. He declared:

 “The Law Society stands by our US colleagues being targeted by the US government in respect of their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. We are pushing for change and progress towards greater diversity and inclusion in the legal sector because we believe that a diverse and inclusive profession is a resilient one.”

The American Bar Association is also throwing its toys out of the pram, whining that Trump’s actions “deny clients access to justice and betray our fundamental values” while US lawyers are mostly complaining they won’t be getting government work. Wokies gonna woke…
