President Donald Trump’s administration was given a time limit to provide information relating to deportation flights that returned illegal immigrants back to Venezuela.
As BizPac Review previously reported, the dust-up began when the White House was accused of defying U.S. District Judge James Boasberg’s order to turn around any flights containing migrants. The judge paused Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to swiftly return any immigrant suspected of having ties to the bloodthirsty Tren de Aragua gang, and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) claims the White House violated that order by allowing planes to land in Venezuela after the turn-around order was issued. The organization demanded the court compel the administration to provide paperwork on the flights and it appears they have gotten their wish.

The Trump administration was given until noon on Tuesday to provide the requested details after Boasberg grilled Justice Department attorney Abhishek Kambli on Monday.
“Why are you showing up today without answers?” the judge demanded
According to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, 261 people were deported and 137 of those deportations were done under the Alien Enemies Act. Over 100 others were removed as part of immigration proceedings, and 23 of those deported were members of MS-13.
It is claimed that while two flights were already in the air at the time Boasberg’s order was issued, another plane took off after the written order was published, which would put the Trump administration at odds with the judge’s order.
“When Boasberg asked for such details, some of it available on public flight-tracking sites, Kambli told the judge the Trump administration was resistant to sharing information because there was ‘a lot of operational national security and foreign relations at risk,’” Reuters reported.
Critics on X were not pleased with the judge’s demands:
Since the court has no authority over the executive branch I would send them a note to figure it out themselves

They’re here illegally.
They’re violent criminals.
We don’t want them here.
They have zero right to be in the US.— Amy (@AmyinMich) March 18, 2025
When I see these videos all I can think is how did we let this happen for four long years?

What kind of fucked up system is that? A single rogue judge can run the country as he wishes. Democracy?
