Jesse Kelly Blasts Democrats, Judges for Endangering Innocent Americans [WATCH]

Conservative talk show host Jesse Kelly accused American Democrats and the judiciary of deliberately allowing crime and violence to escalate as part of a broader effort to destabilize the country.

During a segment on The First, Kelly argued that these actions are part of a communist agenda to undermine Western civilization and create conditions for revolution.

Kelly did not mince words, directly stating that those in power are intentionally fostering an environment where crime flourishes.

Elon Musk Called This Financial News ‘Terrifying’

“The American Communist is committed to destroying your country. They fill up your country with rapists and murderers for the same reason the Soviet Union opened up the prisons—because they want you raped and murdered. They want you raped and murdered. One, because they’re anti-humans. Two, because rape and murder—all this angst helps the communist. It helps his revolution,” Kelly said.

He argued that American Democrats and judges are working together to ensure that criminals remain on the streets, using the judicial system to obstruct law enforcement efforts.

“American Democrats want you raped and murdered. And American judges in those black robes, they sit there on the bench doing everything they can possibly do to ensure that you will continue to be raped and murdered,” he said.

Kelly also took aim at left-wing activists and the legal system, emphasizing that the most dangerous “American communists” are not rioters or street criminals but those in positions of legal and political power.

“So the American communists that’s doing the most damage to this country isn’t the Black Lives Matter super freak with the new pair of Jordans on he didn’t pay for. The American communists that’s destroying the United States of America and will end this country—they sit on the bench, they have law degrees, fancy places, they have robes, and they have to be stopped.”

Kelly also discussed a recent legal battle involving a federal judge’s attempt to block the Trump administration’s use of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deport criminal aliens.

A judge ordered deportation flights to be turned around, though the administration continued its operations, with one flight reportedly already in the air.

“Now, does that loser care about the law? Does he care about the age of the law? Do any of those things matter to him? No. What does matter to him is that you continue to be raped and murdered because he understands full well that is the path to burning down Western civilization,” Kelly said, criticizing the judge’s ruling.

Kelly praised the Trump administration for not complying with the ruling and warned that President Trump will soon have to make a critical decision regarding the judicial branch.

“As far as the Trump administration goes. You may love this. You may not, I don’t know, but I’m glad they ignored that judge. They’re trying to claim they didn’t. The plane was already in the air, but they ignored the judge.”

He argued that if the Supreme Court does not step in to rein in lower court rulings, the administration will have to take more aggressive action.

“The Trump administration is going to have to make a decision if they want to truly save the United States of America. If the Supreme Court will not step in and stop these judges, then the Trump administration is either going to have to ignore them and or arrest them. Otherwise, we cannot save the country.”

Kelly warned that if judges are allowed to override the will of the American people, democracy itself is at risk.

“If the United States of America, if the American voter is not allowed to implement his will at the ballot box because of communist judges and black robes, then we’re already done,” Kelly stated.

He concluded with a firm stance on the issue, emphasizing his belief that drastic action may be necessary to prevent the country from collapsing under judicial overreach.

“All that may have made you uncomfortable, but I am right.”
