A recent revelation has raised questions about who has been making key executive decisions in the Biden-Harris administration.
Reports indicate that Joe Biden’s White House extensively relied on an autopen to sign nearly every official document throughout his presidency.
The practice has sparked concerns about whether Biden personally approved critical decisions or if unelected staffers were effectively running the executive branch.

During a speech at the Department of Justice on Friday, President Donald Trump addressed the issue, questioning Biden’s awareness of the documents signed in his name.
“Crooked Joe Biden got us into a real mess with Russia and everything else he did, frankly. But he didn’t know about it and he, generally speaking, signed it with autopen. So how would he know?” Trump said.
The revelation gained further attention after Speaker of the House Mike Johnson highlighted a recent incident involving a liquefied natural gas (LNG) executive order.
According to Johnson, Biden appeared unaware that he had signed an order affecting U.S. energy exports, further fueling concerns that decisions were being made without his direct involvement.

A White House insider told the New York Post that a key Biden aide was involved in deciding which documents to auto-sign, raising additional questions about the legitimacy of certain executive actions.
“There is no clarity on who actually approved what — POTUS or [the aide],” the source said.
The extent of the autopen’s use in Biden’s administration remains unclear, but the lack of transparency surrounding its use has drawn criticism.
While the autopen has been used by past presidents for certain routine documents, the suggestion that it was employed for nearly every official act raises new concerns about executive accountability.
President Trump addressed the issue further in a post on Truth Social, pointing out how his administration handled official documents differently.
“When my people come up, Will and all of the people, Steve, they come up and, ‘Sir, this is an executive order.’ They explain it to me and you know, 90% of the time I sign it, 99% of the time I say, ‘Do it,’ but they come up and I sign it. But you don’t use autopen. Number one, it’s disrespectful to the office. Number two, maybe it’s not even valid because you know who’s getting him to sign? He had no idea what the hell he was doing. If he did, all of these bad things wouldn’t be happening right now,” Trump said.

The Biden White House has not yet issued a formal response to the reports, but the implications of these claims are significant.
If Biden was not directly approving and signing executive actions, it raises constitutional concerns about the delegation of presidential authority.

Despite the serious nature of the allegations, the mainstream media has largely remained silent on the issue.
As questions continue to mount, lawmakers and legal experts may push for further investigation into the extent of the autopen’s use and the decision-making process behind it.
