ABC News cuts likely boosted because Stephanopoulos ‘felt the need to defame’ Trump

Is ABC another victim of the “Trump curse?” And did the reckless “journalism” of George Stephanopoulos cost his co-workers their jobs?

Megyn Kelly seems to think so.

Amid a flurry of media layoffs, including the cancelation of MSNBC’s race-baiting propagandist Joy Reid, podcaster and former Fox News host Megyn Kelly put the onus of recent ABC layoffs at the feet of veteran journalist Stephanopoulos.

Kelly evoked Stephanopoulos’ ill-fated decision to push the lie that President Trump was “found liable of rape.” A decision that cost ABC $15 after Trump sued for defamation.

In response to a report that ABC was scraping its “political and data-driven website” along with consolidating shows “20/20” and “Nightline” into one, Kelly charged that Stephanopoulos’ actions may have been a catalyst in the network’s decline and loss of jobs.
