DOGE’s The Waste Files has identified that the Treasury is spending £6.9 million on for “provisions of cloud software.” The contract, running until 2026, has been awarded to Berkshire-based IT firm Qliktech UK, which sources services from online storage space providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud. Forking out for a middleman rather than purchasing cloud services directly from the supplier…
