Jasmine Crockett’s Incoherent Speech Triggers Widespread Criticism [WATCH]

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) is facing widespread criticism after delivering a rambling and incoherent response to President Donald Trump’s address at the Capitol on Tuesday.
